即包裝好的物料通過輸送機送至碼垛指定區(qū)定位，立柱機器人通過各軸配合，將夾具運行至物料定位的正上方，當物料定位信號發(fā)出時，夾具通過伺服電機控制運動向下，即Z軸向下運動，達到夾具夾持物料高度時，Z軸停止下降，夾具開啟，夾起物料，Z軸伺服電機反轉(zhuǎn)，將夾具升到安全高度后，通過客戶預設程序?qū)⑽锪纤椭链a垛位上方，z軸下降，使物料到達放置點，此時夾具打開，將物料碼入制定位置，重復以上動作，把整拖碼垛完以后，蜂鳴器報警，提醒已經(jīng)碼垛完成。叉車將碼垛好的托盤運走，放入新的托盤，重新往復動作即可。

 and the fixture is raised to a safe height, and the material is sent to the top of the palletizing position through 

the customer's preset program, and the Z-axis descends, so that the material reaches the placement point, At this time, 

the fixture is opened, the material is stacked into the specified position, and the above actions are repeated, and after the 

whole tow is stacked, the buzzer alarms to remind that the palletizing has been completed. The forklift transports 

the palletized pallet, puts in the new pallet, and reciprocates.
